We'd love your feedback

Noticed something we got wrong? Want us to cover a venue you know? Had a bad experience after sending a reservation request? All of it is useful, and the last of those is the most useful of all.

What your feedback does

  • Flags reviews that need a second look, or facts that have gone out of date
  • Tells us when a reservation partner handled someone badly, quoted misleadingly, or kept contacting them after being asked to stop
  • Suggests new venues for us to cover
  • Helps us fix anything broken or inaccessible on the site

What we do with it

We aim to acknowledge messages within two business days of receipt. Reports about a review are handled under our Content Guidelines & Reporting. Reports about a reservation partner are investigated, and we end partnerships that mislead readers.

Anything you send us is handled under our Privacy Policy. Please do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in a free-text message.
